About this piece:

I built this piece through layers of color, slowly forming a landscape that feels both solid and obscured. The mountain stands as a symbol of strength and permanence, while fog drifts across its surface, softening edges and blurring clarity.

The flowing fog speaks to the experience of brain fog—of knowing there is structure beneath the haze, even when it cannot be fully accessed. Rather than resisting this obscurity, I allow the fog to move gently across the form, transforming limitation into a space for rest.

Here, stillness becomes an act of care. The mountain does not disappear; it waits. This piece speaks to the quiet power of pausing, suggesting that rest is not a retreat from transformation, but an essential part of it.
